We collect only what we need to deliver our AI consulting services, run our website, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

• Contact form submissions (name, email, message) when you reach out to us.
• Anonymous analytics about pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources — collected without personal identifiers.
• URLs and audit metadata when you submit a site for an SEO or AI visibility audit.
• Account and billing details (name, email) when you purchase a paid plan or subscription. Payment card data is processed and stored by Stripe; Mahlum Innovations does not store raw card numbers.

How We Use It

We use your data to deliver the services you requested, send transactional and project-related emails, process billing, improve the site experience, and respond to your inquiries. We analyze anonymous usage patterns to understand which content and tools are most useful. Account data is used solely to manage your subscription and process billing. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. We track page views, traffic sources, and device type without associating them with personal identifiers. No behavioral advertising cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; core site functionality remains accessible.

Third-Party Processors

We use a small number of trusted processors to deliver our services: Stripe for payment processing, Postmark for transactional email delivery, and Neon for database hosting. Each processor is prohibited from using your data for purposes other than performing services on our behalf.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Account data is retained for the life of the subscription and 12 months after cancellation. Audit results are retained for 36 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we collect that number and a timestamped record of your consent. We use it only to send you the account security and system notifications described in our SMS terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging carrier and our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you asked for.
