What Happens on the Discovery Call

The free 30-minute call is a candid conversation , no pitch deck, no proposal until you ask for one. We cover three things:

1. Your situation , what you're trying to solve and what's been tried before.
2. Data and infrastructure , a quick assessment of whether the data and systems needed to make AI work are in place, or close enough.
3. Fit , honest feedback on whether an AI approach is the right move, and if so, what the fastest path to a measurable result looks like.

If there's a fit, we'll outline a scoped next step. If there isn't, we'll say so and point you toward something that is a better fit.

Types of Projects We Take On

• AI strategy and roadmapping , for organizations starting their AI journey or re-evaluating stalled initiatives.
• Custom ML model development , forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, computer vision, and NLP built on your data.
• Data analytics and dashboarding , turning operational data into decisions.
• AxiomAI AI employee onboarding , deploying a pre-trained AI employee from the AxiomAI catalog into your workflows.
• Industry-specific AI: healthcare, manufacturing, financial services.
